Tally Counter Plus
Last Updated: 2026-02-08
Tally Counter Plus ("the app") is developed by Alon Digital LLC. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
The short version: Your counter data stays on your device. We don't collect it. We use third-party services (ads and payments) that may collect some data as described below.
Important: We don't collect your location data or use AI to process your information.
We don't collect or store any of your personal information. Your counter data (names, values, templates, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.
We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information. We can't contact you because we don't have your contact details.
While we don't collect your data, third-party services integrated into the app may collect information automatically:
The app integrates third-party services that collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We don't have access to your counter data since it's stored locally on your device.
Google AdMob (Advertising)
Displays ads in the app. May collect advertising ID (IDFA), device information, IP address, and ad interaction data.
RevenueCat (Payments)
Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. Collects purchase transaction data and anonymous customer identifiers.
Expo SDK
Provides app functionality (device detection, haptics, app reviews). Collects device model and OS version.
International Data Transfers: These services may transfer data internationally (including to the United States). They comply with applicable data protection laws and use appropriate safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or your safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.
The app implements privacy controls to give you choice over personalized advertising:
Both systems let you opt out of personalized ads while still using the app with non-personalized ads.
Here's the deal: We don't collect or store your personal data. Your counter data stays on your device. However, third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat) do collect some data as described above.
You have rights under GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, delete, or opt out of data collection by these third-party services.
Most important right - Opt Out of Tracking: Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and deny permission. This stops AdMob from accessing your advertising ID for personalized ads.
To request access/deletion of third-party data: Email us at support@alondigital.co and we'll forward your request to AdMob and RevenueCat on your behalf. We'll respond within 30-45 days.
Note: We don't sell your data for money, but sharing data with AdMob may be considered a "sale" under California law (CCPA). Use the opt-out method above to prevent this.
You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU/EEA) or the California Attorney General (California).
All your counter data, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS's SQLite database. This data stays on your device as long as you have the app installed.
How to delete: Delete individual counters anytime by swiping left. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data automatically.
Third-party services retain data according to their own policies:
To request deletion of third-party data, email support@alondigital.co and we'll forward your request to the relevant services within 30 days.
The app is rated 13+ and intended for users 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Parents: If your child under 13 has used the app, contact us at support@alondigital.co so we can delete any collected information.
We don't use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or significantly affects you. Google AdMob may use automated systems to show you personalized ads based on your interests, but this doesn't make decisions that legally or significantly affect you.
Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or visit Google Ad Settings
Your counter data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure SQLite database. It's protected by iOS's built-in security (device encryption, app sandboxing) and never leaves your device. We don't have access to it.
Third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat, Expo) protect their data according to their security policies. We only work with providers that maintain industry-standard security measures.
Keep your device secure with a passcode/Face ID/Touch ID and install iOS security updates regularly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
This policy is effective as of 2026-02-08
By using the app, you consent to this privacy policy and how we process your information. "Processing" means collecting, storing, using, or disclosing information in any way.
