Tally Counter Plus

These terms apply to Tally Counter Plus ("the app"), developed by Alon Digital LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the app.

Age Requirements

The app is rated 13+ in the App Store and intended for users aged 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you're under 13, please don't use the app. Parents: If your child under 13 has used the app, contact us at support@alondigital.co.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license can be revoked if you violate these terms.

What You Can't Do

All intellectual property rights in the app belong to Alon Digital LLC. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices
  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms or content limits

Your Data

All your counter data, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to it. Third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat, Expo) may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for keeping your device secure and backing up important data. Don't jailbreak your device - it can cause security issues and make the app malfunction.

Pro Upgrade & Purchases

The app offers a Pro upgrade (one-time purchase) that unlocks unlimited counters and templates, and removes ads.

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
  • Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID - you can restore it on other devices for free
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policy - we can't issue refunds directly

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services with their own terms. By using the app, you also agree to their terms:

Internet Connection

The app works offline for counting. However, ads, in-app purchases, and updates require an internet connection.

You're responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider when using the app without Wi-Fi.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your device and iOS updated
  • Backing up important counter data (it's stored locally only)
  • Using the app legally and according to these terms
  • Supervising any use by minors

Disclaimers & Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. While we work hard to keep it functional, we rely on third-party services and can't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate.

Important: This is a counting tool. Verify important counts independently - we don't guarantee accuracy.

We're not liable for any losses from using the app, including data loss, counting errors, or inability to access the app. Use at your own risk.

Updates

We may release updates from time to time with new features, bug fixes, and security patches. You'll need to update the app to keep using it. We don't guarantee the app will always work with older iOS versions.

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. All local data will be deleted. Your Pro purchase stays with your Apple ID if you reinstall later.

We can discontinue the app or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason. When terminated, your license ends and you must delete the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.

Disputes should be resolved through good faith negotiations first. If that fails, disputes will be handled in New York courts.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Alon Digital LLC.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top and notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Check back periodically for updates. These terms are effective as of 2026-02-08.
